I teach yoga to energize the spirit. My classes are informed by an eclectic blend of styles (ashtanga, vinyasa, sivananda, anusara) and focus on linking the breath with dynamic movement to revitalize the mind, soul and body. Beyond the tremendous health benefits of asana practice, yoga is a vehicle of profound internal illumination. What happens on the mat is a mirror of our lives. By watching our practice and noticing what is tight, painful, or uncomfortable, we begin to see how we may be living in ways that are not aligned with our true state of happiness and authenticity.

Without judgement or expectation, I encourage students to get quiet, dive deep, and see what happens.
